Silsilah Verified is a guided, ethical feedback and verification system that captures real, structured reflections from volunteers and organisations, not generic reviews or popularity ratings, but grounded, factual accounts of actual service experiences.
It assesses every experience and project against Silsilah’s Five-Point Integrity Standard:

Two Levels of Verification
Experience Verification:
Volunteers and organisations provide structured, evidence-based reflections that confirm what genuinely happened during a service interaction. These create reliable, ethical, and accountable testimonials.
Project Verification:
Outreach and community projects that consistently meet all five criteria can earn the Silsilah Verified status, a mark showing they have passed the Silsilah integrity test and operate with transparency, safety, and values-aligned practice.

The Listening Line provides a calm, confidential space for those who serve their communities. Built around compassionate, values-based listening, it offers support for the emotional and spiritual challenges that often accompany service.
Volunteers and community workers can speak freely about experiences that are hard to name, spiritual fatigue, overwhelm, difficult team dynamics, or patterns of harm such as spiritual bypassing, exploitation, or unhealthy leadership behaviours.
This is not counselling or advice. It is a grounded space to be heard with presence, care, and respect.
For individuals, the Listening Line offers a moment to pause, reflect, and reconnect with personal wellbeing, supported by gentle signposting to Silsilah guides, resources, and frameworks.
